Trip 2012 Hi Everyone, We are planning a ski trip to Mt. Cranmore in North Conway New Hampshire for February 10th, 11th and 12th. This year we will be back on the third floor in the main lodge instead of the north lodge. We will not be able to bring pizza in for dinner on Saturday. We are suggesting that people go out to eat with whoever they drove up with. There will be food available at the cafeteria, (see the price list), but it seems very expensive. The troop will only be providing breakfast, drinks and snacks this year. Our plan is to ski or snowboard on Saturday. We are asking that all participants use helmets! The swimming pool is not available this year. On Sunday we will be tubing and doing the mountain coaster and Giant swing then heading out. The $29.00 combo ticket is your best deal if you want to try all three on Sunday. As with previous years, people can choose what they would like to do from the price sheet. For those who have not skied before, the $74.00 lesson, rental and ticket is a good value. There is no reason to be up too early on Friday night. I will probably not be at the lodge till 9 or 9:30 PM. This is indoor camping, so bring your sleeping bags. It is very important that everyone going on the trip fill out a list sheet for each individual separately. Do not fill out 1 slip for the entire family. Remember the lodging and food charges are per person. The rental forms must be filled out ompletely, (IE) height, weight, shoe size, skiing ability, etc. The mountain will not reserve your equipment without this information. Make sure the tubing and rental releases are signed. If for any reason you cannot make the trip after you have paid, you must contact me before I buy the tickets. They will not give a refund; this has been an issue in the past. Please return all completed forms with payment by January 31st.
