| Rank Advancement Hi Everyone, The Court of Honor is coming up on September 27th. For those Scouts ready to advance in rank, please remember to allow enough time before the Court of Honor to have your Scoutmaster Conference and Board of Review. The procedure for rank advancement and a list of Committee members are attached. Remember you must ask Mr. Newcomb for a Scoutmaster Conference, only the scoutmaster can authorize your Scoutmaster Conference. You can not have a Scoutmaster Conference and Board of Review on the same night.
