- Next Merit Badge Meeting The next merit badge meeting will be held Thursday, January 28th, at the Elks (where we hold regular troop meetings), see times below for specific badge times: 6-7 pm - Communication and Public Speaking badges (if you missed a meeting be prepared to give your speech for credit) 7-7:30 pm - Journalism, Reading, American Culture, Crime Prevention, and Citizenship in the World.
