Medical Forms To all scouts attending camp, Just another reminder that medical forms for camp are due. If scouts do not have their medical forms they will not be allowed to stay at camp! I hope to see a lot of forms tomorrow night, please. Keep the original for your records as we only require a copy. If you are uable to make a copy, bring the original to the meeting and we can make a copy for you. Thank you, Mr. Newcomb |
