This section of the site will give a step by step process for filling out a Blue Card. The different parts of the Card will be shown. Also there will be text telling which parts of the card must be filled out by others, and which parts have to be filled out by the scout.

To be sure that the scout receives the Merit Badge and his accomplishment is recognized. This record must be as complete and accurate as possible.
